KalimNews, Kalimpong, 24 June 2021: Daily report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours states the followings:

7 Death:

Death of 3 in Darjeeling, 1 in Kalimpong, 2 in Jalpaiguri, 1 in Dakshin Dinajpur,district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

154 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 154 new cases, 127 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 154 new cases, 49713 confirmed cases of which 47506 have recovered and 450 died while 1757 are active cases.

19 in Kalimpong:

19 new cases, 11 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 19 new cases, 5556 confirmed cases of which 5288 have recovered, 38 died and 230 are active cases.

24 in Alipurduar:

24 new cases, 39 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 24 new cases, 14032 confirmed cases of which 13517 have recovered and 96 died while 419 are active cases.

97 in Coochbehar: 

97 new cases, 75 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Coochbehar records 97 new cases, 25370 confirmed cases of which 24204 have recovered, 89 died and 1077 are active cases.

111 in Jalpaiguri: 

1114 new cases, 126 release reported from Jalpaiguri. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Jalpaiguri records 111 new cases, 37573 confirmed cases of which 484 died while 35708 have recovered and 1381 are active cases.

41 in Uttar Dinajpur:

41 new cases, 28 release reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Uttar Dinajpur records 41 new cases, 18920 confirmed cases of which 226 died while 18367 have recovered and 327 are active cases.

8 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

8 new cases, 22 release reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Dakshin Dinajpur records 8 new cases, 16473 confirmed cases of which 166 died while 16084 have recovered and 223 are active cases.

11 in Malda:  

11 new cases, 15 release reported today from Malda. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Malda records 11 new cases, 32414 confirmed cases of which 32069 have recovered and 182 died and 163 are active cases.
